Don't know about the price for homes now but Interesting that county agreed to pay $495 a sq ft for new building that does not include a price for the land.

How much are new construction houses now , I'm hearing an average price of $200.00 a square foot. That would be a 1500 square foot house costing $300,000.

How about the jump in insurance premiums for health care, home insurance and car insurance? People are living on credit cards and it is just a matter of time before they are unable to get credit and cannot make the payments. . Graduating students are unable to find jobs and find affordable living to survive on their own. And we have only Biden to thank for this mess.

The only thing Biden reversed was the policies on the border that Trump had under control. Now millions of illegals are here from all countries including terrorists, murderers, rapists. This week, two separate incidents of foreign agents trying to get into military bases. We are headed for many terrorists attacks and all this will be because of the incompetent president.

It also has the highest population. Per capita, the top 5 states with the most deaths are Kentucky, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
Per capita, California came in 33rd in COVID deaths. North Carolina came in 18th.
