Removing people who commit crimes means less criminals.
Undocumented immigrants have a much lower crime rate than natives, in large part because they're trying to fly under the radar. Removing them will make the crime rate go up, not down.
Decreased demand for housing lowers prices
Considering that you're only talking about undocumented immigrants that typically work for less than minimum wage, the housing made available will be the lowest quality homes.

This is multifaceted problem.
Yes, jobs will open up... the jobs that pay less than minimum wage. When citizens don't want them, those jobs will leave.. resulting in less local taxes being paid.
The jobs that don't leave will suddenly have to increase their payroll costs, which will be passed on to the consumer. Resulting in hyper inflation similar to what we saw at the end of Trump's first term.
