Most Dell's come with a full restore on a partition of the Hard drive. To access the restore feature, hit the F12 key several times when you first turn on the computer.

you can pull down an ISO from any standard torrent downloader

You can order the CD's from Dell, go to Dell.com tech support

or if you have a friend with one you could use theirs

I need to reinstall xp home on an old dell box. I have the numbers that came with the machine, I just need an install disc. All I can find on the web is a six disc floppy install. Does anyone have a link for XP Home?
