More than likely, your old laptop has "built in" wireless capabilities.

So, there will be no "take the card out of the old one and put in the new one".

You can get a wireless USB adaptor for about $40 just about anywhere.

I found a Toshiba Satellite 4600 on ebay for $66.00. All it says is that it runs good, battery tested, hardrive good, cd rom good and windows xp installed. I went ahead and bid on it and don't have time to ask seller the question before it ends. Can I take the wireless card out of my nonworking Dell Inspiron laptop and put in this laptop? If so how do I do this. I have no idea where the card even is in a laptop. Does this sound like a good deal? I sure hope it is.
