Actually, you CAN buy the media (the install CD) for fairly cheap, legally. Last time I ordered one it was around $30 tho, direct from Microsoft.
The catch? It doesn't come with a key.
OP, PM me and I'll tell you where to find what you need from a safe source (that isn't me)

and probably about $10.00 worth of legal... which would be that its on a cd ummm ! and that parts only legal if you can call a compact disk a cd legally

Go an Amazon.com , you may be able to find one for cheap ! good luck, I do know at one time I saw Vista on there for sale !
