Windows 7 help

Windows has never had a word processing program built in. You either have to buy Microsoft Office, or Microsoft Works. These used to be included with most new computers, but due to people wanting cheaper and cheaper computers they have moved to buying them separately.

Works is the cheaper, personal option, while Office is really intended more for business uses.

This may sound crazy, but is there a word processer (Word or Works) in the Windows 7 program?. I have tried everywhere I can and can't seem to find one.
