A week ago I had two working Ubuntu computers...my netbook, with "Ubuntu Netbook Remix", and my full-size Vista laptop, running 64 bit "Karmic".

Now I'm down to just one. A kernal "upgrade" that downloaded automatically hosed the wubi-created Ubuntu "karmic" installation on my Vista-equipped Gateway laptop.

Probably just as well. I was trying to decide if I should uninstall Ubuntu before the Win-7 upgrade (disc on the way). This makes the decision easier. I'll do the upgrade, THEN reinstall Ubuntu.
