Download Windows7 off a torrent website.

oh! and if you do try updating to Win 7 figure that at least 2/3 of any software/and or devices you have won't work with it .i have about $1000.00 worth of software/devices that are incompatible

try right clicking on the webcam icon on your desktop there is a compatibility button you might be able to change the settings and get it to work... or take it back and get one that's compatible with XP or Vista what ever OS your running . because if your pc is a little older chances are it won't work with Win 7
(and its software once you open it it's yours working or not)

There was a disk that I had to install and when I tried to use it the person that I was talking to I could see and hear but they could hear me but not see me(that might be good) lol..when I went through trying to find out the problem I was told that I needed Windows7 in order to use it properly

send it back for a refund (i'm not understanding the "downloaded it " part )

I bought a webcam and downloaded it and now they are telling me that I need Windows7 . They want $149.00 for this..Is there a way around this?
