Prank Call Of Cthulhu

Posted 2:12 am, 11/07/2010

http://www.webmonkey.com/

Whenever I have to go back to using Dreamweaver (to correct old code, or having to specialty code a snippet for someone using Opera), this is the site I usually hit up.

Most of the time I am just usually exporting variables into a file on a shell account, so it's more on theory but I think it will be helpful to you.

barefoot, we don't have to actually print but we have to define our stylesheets to 'hide' things like links, etc when print is chosen by the user. It's in chapter 4.

I'm taking the class online and we do not have to print them...is that for in class work?

We're using external css. Our textbook doesn't mention anything about print background images but I'll try it. Thanks. There are two different stylesheets, one for screen and one for print. The href link for the print stylesheet and a style tag is supposed to cause the print preview effect. Just isn't happening.

After this class, I'll just let Dreamweaver write the code. It's making me think too much

If images are "background images"...

Do you have "Print Backgrounds" turned on?

It's under "Page Setup" in both Firefox and IE.

I'm taking it this semester. It's pretty hard. I've done web design for years using Dreamweaver so I know a little about code. I'll help you if I can. I'm stuck myself right now on the tutorial 4 test. I can't get the text to display with a bullet and the 'sticky note' image underneath when in print preview. Ugh! This I'll ask the instructor for a little guidance.
