If CWW can give you the unlock code for your phone, you should be ok with all the restrictions as they are the ones who own the phone. However, being that they're a MVNO and Sprint/Verizon own the towers, that'll be the only issue that should arise.

So if CWW happened to be nice enough to give the unlock code , there is a possibility that it mught not be compatable with Verizon or Sprint (Both CDMA) teccnical restrictions. Although, that would be more likely with a 4G phone.

It is illegal to unlock phones now. You will need to contact the carrier and see if they will give you the unlock code.
