I have a friend who when she tries to use her internet it will go to her home page but within a few minutes it goes back to windows or when she clicks on anything on the internet it will go back to windows. A couple of days ago she had a power surge and her computor got cut off. She has rebooted her computor, unplugged her charter modem, unplugged the cable comming in and it still will not work. What else can she try?
