Umm, that's B.S. I just used the operating system disc that came with my computer and re-installed windows vista.
Much easier.

Umm... Knight1b posted step by step instructions... If you don't feel comfortable following them, then it's time to pay someone, or aquire software that will do it for you... Which he mentioned, and can be downloaded and used for free...

Warning You should only try this if you know what you are doing.
If you do not know what you are doing download Malwarebytes Anti Malware or Windows Defender these are real programs. And then in the task manager.
Kill processes: tsc.exe Sc2C21UvvM.exe [RANDOM NUMBER].exe
Then run the program.
