if you cant get anyware do a system restore if you did download a virus or trajan it will block you from doing anything

You might like to try Spybot Search and Destroy.

yes just do a system restore but if worse comes top worse just reinstall windows

You can restore your computer back a few days before the problem and all should be fine. Go to Control panel and then to system or maintance and look to the left for Restore. click this and then pick a date in bold. THis will take your computer back to that date. Anything after that will be lost!

It will have to be removed manually. You can try "Hijack This" but be very careful, you could delete something you might need.

i don't know what is wrong i think he downloaded some kind of spyware. but i can't go online to take it off. what can i do?
