The US lawsuit is directed at the galaxy 10.1...which is kinda redundant since samsung already has the 10.2 in the US and 10.1n in other countries.
The phones named in the lawsuit have been replaced as well. Apple is also suing HTC Motorola, and others.
My point is this...when selecting a phone or computer, the "BEST " one, is the one that will work best for you, considering your budget and intended use...and don't forget future proofing.

The lawsuit is in court this week! Started Monday. Apple has already one a injunction to stop Samsung from selling them and a phone.

The lawsuits have been going on for years...i think apple lost the last roind in germany...i don't keep up with it as much as i used to. I stopped working for Verizon at the end of may.

Barnes and Noble is with the NOOK not the Kindle. Kindle is with amazon. I own a Nook Tablet and love it.

Ipad!!!
Don't get a Samsung Galazy. Their days are numbered. Big court case now about them steeling it from Apple. Won't be around much longer.

For the moment, i agree quest. Apple may reverse the direction that Steve Jobs started down. Even he was having second thoughts. Also, flash's dominance is waning in the face of that other script ...? HTML 5, i think it's called...anyway, supposed to be the new standard...
Ice cream sandwich is the current os for Android

Samsung Galazy 10.1. Has the newest version of the Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich. You could not run fast enough to give me an Ipad. I have to use programs that require Flash and Apple ain't goona support Flash

Kindle is a success story! The barnes and noble executive who was in charge of the whole kindle campaign just got a raise from 1 million dollars a year to 10 million dollars a year!

Yourself how you're going to use the device. We have an ipad and a xoom and a xyboard. Ipad is easiest to use, but does not support flash. That may or may not be important to you. The xoom has ice cream sandwich, but it came out before 4g, and we didn't do the upgrade, so it is jusf wifi. The Xyboard is way cool, and is 4g, but has not been upgraded to ice cream sandwich.
If you do a lot of websurfing, you may not be as pleased with the ipad, but with the latest update, it is muchbetter than jt was.
