Ok, I expanded "sound,video and game controllers," But I don't see the option to uninstall. How do I do that?

Right click on My Computer, properties, select Hardware, then device manager, expand "sound, video and game controllers", uninstall all audio devices, now reboot.

I get no sound out of my speakers or headphones. the system says no audio device is plugged in, but they are. I need help
