REMOVE THE MOVE THAT WAS DOWNLOAD
and do a manual removal
As a matter of fact, this malware is well-known due to its hazardous activity disabling the whole operating system and Internet Explorer browser, being brought to the PC undetected. Normally Security Suite is installed via various distributing Trojans that represent themselves as certain necessary video codecs required for watching movies via online interface. Thus, when one is persuaded to believe that he/she should definitely install this type of flash update and then finally click on the pop-up message, in reality such video codecs are not installed, but Security Suite is now rooted on the PC.As soon as it penetrates into the system and initiates its malicious activity, Security Suite commences a faulty set of convincing attempts – simply to persuade and threaten users that their PC is infected with thousands of viruses. Please be advised that such operations are initiated through various fake system scanners (similar to lots of other rogues), alerts and warnings. This simply irritates users due to appearance every three minutes, in some cases on even more frequent basis.

Format and reinstall not my normal suggestion but this piece of software refused to leave no matter what I did. I would remove it and it would be back soon after. Nasty stuff. If your computer has not had a clean wipe in awhile I suggest it.
