That is a spyware program, I have seen that many times. If you go into Internet Explorer then tools then Internet options, and then delete files and delete cookies. Then go into settings and change the size to around 50, that will help with that too. Then run the program that renneck said, it will get rid of it. I use adaware and spybot. Update your antivirus program and run a FULL scan not the quick scan. It will take a little while but worth it. Hope that helps.
