try opening the task manager to see if you can stop the process from running. If you can you may be able to download mal-ware bytes and completely remove the bug.

If you want to do a system recovery and loose all of your data watch as your pc starts up and see if it tells you to push a button for system recovery. for example some PC's use F11 as a system recovery button during startup, or if you have your restore disks you can use those but i can remove this for you without loosing all of your data 336 696 2340

if its a popup saying you have trojans and other stuff and it wont let you get to other files or restricts you. it is a virus pretending to be a antivirus tool which keeps some if not most antivirus software and spyware removers from removing it. i can fix this. call protech networks and ask for joey 336 262 2945

http://www.malwarebytes.org/ download the free version ,install, update ,run follow the prompts.
then download firefox and use it instead of internet explorer

Satan, How do you do a system recovery on a hp comp? My daughter has total security on her comp. what is the simple way to get it off ,Thanks
