Make sure if you've updated the driver recently and it's causing this issue, you can roll-back to the previous driver and see if it will resolve your problem, like bennett said it does sound like a corrupted driver installation. Make sure you remove the current driver from the device manager, and then install the new driver so that the files get installed correctly, and just not over written on top of the old files. What laptop model do you have, or what wireless card do you have in the laptop? You can find all of this out by going to the device manager, a shortcut to the dm is hold down the windows key * The key right beside the ctrl key" + press the pause break key on the top right of the keyboard. This will open system properties, then open up device manager on the left side column. *This is if your using windows vista/7"

Sounds like a wire less card issue. My be a driver problem...
I would download the driver from the manufacturer website and install it..

Everytime I turn my laptop on it says there are no network connections. If I restart it, it connects to the internet everytime. Anyone know what the problem might be?
