Replacing Hard Drive- Your opinion

If your laptop isn't to old, I would replace the hard drive with a Solid State drive. The prices are coming down on them and the will really boost your speed.

Laptops take more abuse then desktops. If it is 3 or 4 years old replace it. Once you start having problems form a laptop it is like keeping an old car going.

Depends on how old your laptop is and the hardware that's in it. A hard drive will be a lot cheaper than replacing it with a new laptop.

Would it be better to replace the "dead" har drive on my laptop or just get a new laptop?
