check the connection .
unplug...reboot ... plug back in.
change the batteries (wireless mouse).
try another mouse.
run cc cleaner , anti spyware,anti virus
repeat the above.
buy new mouse.

I just recently have gotten DSL installed at home. The problem is, I haven't gotten the computer to do anything since. The mouse is like its frozen. The programs come up but I can't make the curser move. Any suggestions.
