I don't mean dedicated video memory although this is much more important. You need just 1 gb of DDR2 200 Pin Sodimm memory. Visit www.newegg.com if you need some hardware. 512 mb should be good to keep you current for a while in facebook games for dedicated video memory installed on your video card.

You will be fine with a basic dual core and a decent video card with at least 1 gb or memory and 2gb for optimal performance. I would navigate your gaming activity away from face book and into the dvd low end gaming market to protect yourself against viruses. Also download and install the appropriate virus and firewall protection on your computer to protect your PC from future threats. Even a single core will be fine to run facebook games on, but I'd get a dual core at least to remain relatively current.

Being you need a notebook I doubt you will want a Desktop PC and I can't custom build notebooks at this point so never mind I guess. The first reply still applies to your situation however. You might want to see if benett can build you a laptop. It is a high possibility if he is willing.

I can also use some of your existing working components if you so desire me to for cutting costs.

Make sure to get a PC with atleast a Core 2 Duo processor or better. You might possibly let me build you a custom PC for under $500.00 plus a small labor charge. It will be built according to your specification or needs. Have it Your Way. visit me @ www.mypctechoncall.com or call me @ 336-981-4157 anytime and I'll get right on it.

it's not the size of your processor, it's how you use it. heh heh heh like the other person said.most likely a virus problem.

Anymore the processors are about equal.

Most of the power for games and video is in the video card and its limitations.

Facebook games don't require top of the line processors. Also, even if they did, there is no way they would "fry" a computer. It doesn't work that way. The problem is probably something more like a virus. Or your computers just kill themselves our of shame

Spyware is what is probably "frying" your computeters. FB games are nortorious for viruses.

I need a new notebook with a big processor. What do I need? I'm tired of frying computers trying to play games on facebook.
