I would try this
You need to run command prompt as administrator start button type command into search box
right click command -> click Run as administrator),
In the elevated command prompt, type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
after it is finished try reinstall flash
good luck

Newest version of windows? Or the newest version of Internet Explorer? If you are using Internet Explorer, try switching to either Firefox or Chrome, at least as a test.
RE: the p**n thumbnail - either someone has your password or otherwise compromised your account, or you have a virus/malware. Make certain your AV is up to date.
BTW - these days, most systems are compromised with either a flash or a java exploit. To test your version of flash to see if it is working or is up to date, visit this site:

I tried dowloading newest version of windows and newest flash player and it still won't work. When I go to realage it says my browser is not supported and I need to download newest version of windows (which like I said I already did) It just keeps saying "loading".
I think words for friends facebook is giving everyone problems though so i don't think that is my computer.

I use realage.com walking tracker to track exercise. It's like a calendar pop up that you can add daily exercises. It used to work for me but now I can not get it to load. I can get to the realage site, but once I click on the track your steps button the circular thing in the middle just spins and it won't load. Also I can't get words with friends to load on facebook. Once in awhile it will but most days it just clicks over and over and won't load. I have done nothing to change my computer. It seems to be the flash player but I have no idea what to check or what to do. Any suggestions?
Also, when I turn on my computer every day a windows live box pops up and asks if I want to sign in. It has been doing that since the day I got this computer two years ago. I have always just clicked the x and close the box. It usually has a pic of the windows live shadow guy or whatever you call it. Now I have noticed the last few says there is a p**n pic to the left in the box. I have not been to any p**n sites or sites that are risky. No one else has used my computer. How can I get rid of that picture?
