I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and that fixed it. Thank you all for the help!

Go back and start over.
1. Unplug the USB Cable to the printer.
2. Remove the printer software from "ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS"
3. Reboot.
4 Reinstal the printer software "DO NOT PLUG IN THE USB CABLE TO THE PRINTER UNTIL THE INSTALL PROGRAM SPECIFIES OR STARTS SEARCHING FOR THE PRINTER"
5. TEST.

make sure it is set up as default in control panel, remove any other printers listed

run the set program
make sure the power is on

Downloaded the software and it said complete but it is not printing anything. ?
