I had this problem with a 'flat top scanner / printer' because it is not compatible with Vista, it might be your PC because it is obviously an old printer.

What is your Operating System?

just type hp drivers in your gogglle search engine and voila,thga's what I did I have a hp printer.gl

Does anyone out there have a printer installation disc for hp psc2175v all-in-one printer? My friend gave me her old one and the installation disc isn't the right one?
