What you have is not a virus. It is a hijack program trying to get you to buy another program to get rid of it. Go to Filehippo.com and download 3 different spyware programs and scan to get rid of this. After you download them unhook your internet before running the scan. If you can find the name of the program that is telling you that you have a virus do a Google search. Most of the time you can find out about it and if you need to do something different to get rid of it. Be careful with that too cause some of what you read will also be trying to get you to buy something as well.

Avast has a good free anti-virus program. You can get it on download.com

my computer is telling me that there is a virus is there any free sites for this
