Take it to a pc repair place. One of my friends was having problems with his so thats whay he did and they fixed it 4 him preaty cheap.

call the 800 number on the box. i sent mine back when it messed up and for 45 dollars got a fresh refurb from sony. works great

try getting a dvd cleaner and install it i got one and im thinking about selling it

MY Son is having major problems with his Play Station 2 game box system.
It will not open to receive games and it will not play games!
I called star video but they dont fix game systems anymore.
Can anyone help!
