well that's not exactly right you could install a partition and another os on your pc
(big pain wipe your hard drive install the older os then vista)
or another hard drive with a different os installed on it
....
you might find another vista compatible program that will do what you want
free ware /shareware at

not that i'm aware of unless you buy a vista compatible version(if there is one) of the program

ok i find it, but it still didnt work.. any more possibilities?

click "start" on the tool bar at the bottom of your monitor then click.... all programs..
and find the program your trying to run then do the ...
right click , properties , compatibility

k where abouts can i find this setup icon if its not on the desktop?

if it created a desktop short cut or a listing under programs when you installed it you can
right click on the short cut or entry under programs it will bring up a menu click properties and their is a tab ... " compatibility" check the little box and try running it
in compatibility mode for xp service pack 2 (first) or one of the other setting
server 2003 , me ,... it doesn't work for all program but i have been able to get maybe
80%-90% of programs with vista compatibility issues to work this way

Have a program needing to put on a PC. THe comp has Windows vista. I tried installing the program but it comes up and says must have Windows NT Service Pack 6 or later.
