Thanks Satan, we finally figured it out last night...I knew it was just a matter of finding the right on/off icon under security...gosh was so aggravating though. Have a great day all!

i use Outlook and most of the time to open attachments / pictures i have to open the attachment icon ? ( little... paperclip .. icon )sometimes more than once . it confused me for a while but open the original e-mail then click the attchment icon (should open a new window ) in the new window click the attachment icon click the attachment icon in the new window . ive had to do this as many as 4 times on the same e-mail to open the pictures each time clicking on the attachment icon in the new window that opens
confusing huh?

i have bought a new computer, when i open my email, it has the message to enable the link..i click on this, yet it still not open the pics...nor can i open on email to attach pics or background..I am sure this is minor, but driving me nuts....any ideals? by the way i have aol...my new puter is Gateway
