Alright, here is this incase you need it for in the future.

To turn Snap on or off

Open the Make the keyboard easier to use page by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Ease of Access, clicking Ease of Access Center, and then clicking Make the keyboard easier to use.

Under Explore all settings, click Make the mouse easier to use.

Under Make it easier to manage windows, do one of the following:

To turn Snap off, select the Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen check box.

To turn Snap on, clear the Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen check box.

Click OK.

Thanks for all your help--I am normal full-page again! What a relief!!! Maybe I should disable "Snap"--don't like it.

If you boot into safemode, does it cause the same issues?

You may access safemode by repeatedly tapping F8 on bootup.

What is your resolution set to? Do you have it set to the highest it can be set to such as 1280 x 1024 or higher?

Have you tried a system restore point to restore to a date prior to this event happening?

Have a "Snap" problem. I can only see the top half of my PC screen when viewing websites, pictures, etc. Instead of my icons being on the bottom of my screen they are midway up with a gray area surrounding the icons midway on my PC screen to the bottom of the screen. How can I put this back to normal? I've not been using a 'mouse". . . I have an ASUS laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. Any help you can give me would be appreciated!
