Windows and Security don't go hand-in-hand. Windows is a compromised system. The NSA has backdoors through it. If you want something that is peer-tested for security get yourself a FLOSS system. Or if you don't want to take it that far, at least use Debian or Ubuntu.

I can understand the Burlaps, but the Canvas? No way, too tight a weave. The opposite is true for the Muslin so it had to be the Burlaps, right? Then again, do not disregard a cotton polyester blend...that stuff is stealthy for sure.

I am sure this will probably not help, but being originally from there the only facility I can think of is DCSC - Defense Construction Supply Center.....it was huge. Surely the government would have been hacked LOL!

Yep the following address it preforming an attack on my network from get this 31.1.0.0
That would be the department of defense in or near Columbus OH. They have managed to disable / restart malwarebyes real time protection. And disable it. I had to restart the program manually. I am running three similar firewall precutions
My router is rejecting 75% of the attack though packet filtering.
Windows firewall is doing nothing
Malwarebytes real time is rejecting 10% of packets and malicious web sniffing
and Peer block is handling most of the rest
Some packets are getting threw and I am logging them with wireshark so I can update my filter
Any other nerds got any suggestions, precautions other?
