you have spyware.. you need windows defender free on the windows or microsoft site

does anybody know how to fix this? if i type something in a search engine, and click on the link, it will not come up correctly but if i type it in the browser at the top of the screen, the site will come up fine. any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks
