I believe that .dll is owned by F-Secure, your antivirus product. Try either re-installing that after you tell Office/Word to repair itself. If that doesn't work, try a different antivirus program.
When swapping your antivirus software, make sure you remove the existing one, then reboot, then install the new one, then reboot - all while disconnected from the Internet - sometimes they will conflict.

Although Open Office is a good program, I would not waste what you spent on MS Office.
Before you try reloading Office, please try this: 1. Click Start and choose "Control Panel" (it may be under "Settings") 2. Choose Add/Remove Programs. If you don't see that, in the upper left of the window, click "classic mode" then you should be able to find it. 3. Find the entry for Microsoft Office something something". If it is Office 2007, it might be listed as "2007 Microsoft Office something something". 4. You should have an option to Remove and/or Change. We want to change it. Under the change option should be an option for Repair which is what you want to do. You may need your CD's, according to the version of Office (especially if it is Office 2000).
After that finishes, hold down your Start button and hit the letter R. This will bring up a small window in the lower left of your screen. Type this in it: "chkdsk /f" and then hit enter. When you see the black box appear, hit Y and then hit enter. Now restart your computer and let it go through the check that it will do. It may take several minutes.
If this doesn't fix the problem, let us know.
Casey Good luck

Hello, When I close out of a MS office program, either by clicking the red x at the top or doing "file, exit" a box appears EVERY time with this message Microsoft office has stopped working Windows can check online for a solution to the problem and try to recover your information. Check onlie for a solution and close the program or close the program. Also, I clicked under problem details and here's what I get :
