If you're looking for an easy to use html editor, you may want
to look into NVU, or its other incarnation, Kompozer.

Both are free, and there are plenty of videos available to help
get you started.

FrontPage was replaced for a reason.

There are a lot of other options out there.

Has anyone tried to start up a website using MS Front Page? If so, what did you like/dislike about it? Were you successful?
