if your using it be sure to go into setting and select " NTSC" as the format
if i remember right its set to "PAL" by default and most devices in the US don't support PAL

You can also download quick media converter....this program allows u to convert all sorts of media into different forms....very helpful

anyone know of a program that will let you convert a mp4 video file to dvd format and that will play in all dvd players, i have divx and quicktime player and they didnt work....
