you need to get the drivers for your hardware. look on the device to see what it is and who makes it then go to the manufacturers website (from another pc or somewhere else if you dont have another pc) and get the drivers for your device.

Nephew was reformatting the pc back to factory. But the computer says to reset the modem. How do you do that? It original would not connect to the internet with a wireless adapter.
