The Windows Key Code will be 5 blocks of 5 digit (numbers and letters) it should be on the computer case. If PC Source gave you the installation disk then it might be on the package. If you can not get it, call Express Computer Clinic....973-0300. I can fix it.

If you got the computer from pc source, they should have a backup disk .

well it's not in it. but i see where it use to be on the back of it. it was kinda stucj to the back and the lip of the sidecase. so it'd have to come off to take the case off. and pc source was who took it apart the 1st time under warranty to replace the power supply.
thanks hellboy for your help. think i'll let it be abit and call them to morrow, for all the good it'll do. then go from there. thanks again all.

You can call microsoft they can give you a Code that will access it. They can tell you what the real code is.

The key code is normally on the package on a sticker. I normally also write mine with a sharpie inside the case so if the sticker comes off (my dad almost destroyed my key code sticker for my software one time with a glass of spilled water - I had loaned it to him) I can't remember how many numbers there are and mine are locked up at my office, so I can't remember how many digits to use.

I will see if I can locate a number but more than likely you will need the one that came with your software, do you have a 800 number to call with the software??? I think I had that problem before also. Each package has a dedicated number.

well i saw a sticker with numbers on the pack. but it's just 14 numbers long. i called pc source where i got the pc afew years ago. they said they put the key code sticker on the case or back of the pc. they is no sticker on the pc no where, but the year it was put together sticker..
