Just go to www.download.com and type in avg or avast in the search box and then download and install it.

AVG is good. So is Avast (free virus scanner). Don;t forget about Windows Defender, free from MS - pretty good spyware/malware scanner.

I need to download AVG to this computer I have, and I have lost the link. If anyone has the site to go to, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if you know of another good anti-virus and anti-spyware program that is free, and is good...I would also appreciate that too. Thanks
