probably need some software....i had the same problem with my lg....decided not to invest $20 +/- to get the software.

got a lg265 cell phone yesterday bot cant get it to connect to my comp. all i got with was a usp cable thats what thay said all i needed anyone got some info for me thanks and happy holidays
