Kindle Fire HD and wireless trouble

It sounds like your kindle is set up as an access point for the other devices. You need to delete the internet settings for all your PC and the kindle. Set the PC network up first. Then when setting up the kindle make sure it is set up to connect TO wifi and NOT some other network. Also make sure not to use connection sharing on the kindle. Otherwise you might end up with the same problem you have now

When you say computer, are you referring to a Laptop that uses wireless? That is a weird issue that shouldn't be happening. You can try to reset your router by unplugging the cable from the back-wait 30 seconds- then plug it back in. See what happens after doing that.

I bought a Kindle about 3 weeks ago and since then my wireless will not work on my computer or Roku unless my kindle in in the living room. When I turn my computer on, my computer says no internet service, but when I bring my Kindle in the room and turn it on within a few seconds my computer is working. within a few minutes of turning the Kindle off and putting it up my computer is out again. I have talked to Amazon and Charter and neither of them have ever heard of that happening before. Does anyone have a clue?
