My daughter drop her last year and crank the screen. She tape it up and work find. She now has an iPad we did get the insurance on it. She more careful now with her iPad.

I ordered from Apple store, it came with 90 day and limited 1 yr warranty. It still works, but its cracked bad and shes very upset, it was just one of those accidents that makes you so mad and you can't change it. I tried calling the 800# but they are closed today.

I have one that has been cracked for over a year now still works fine. I did put a screen film on it.

THe nearest one is in Greensboro

A place in Winston can fix it for $116. That whole unit has to come apart to fix the screen on the new Ipod

Does anyone know what the best thing to do? My daughter dropped her ipod today, just got it for christmas and the screen cracked. I have looked on like and I think that taking it to an Apple store would be the best thing, wheres the closest one to wilkesboro? thanks for the help
