now just asking make sure u lock out any chances of her buying any in application coins or fees within an open free app mine didnt know and ran up a 70 dollar bill which thank god apple refunded but they walked me threw the way to lock it and remeber even though the app is free the things she gets while in the free app comes outta ur account yall so be careful is all

I finely got my daughter ipod fix. I called 1 800 My apple. They walked me thru it.. It took a hr to fix it. Thanks for your help.

Usually if you connect it to your computer and to iTunes, it'll unlock it. Did you set up an iTunes account?

her ipod when u cut it on says ipod is disabled connect to itunes there a little paddle lock above it how do i unlock it

iTunes should already be installed. It might be asking you to follow the steps to set up an account?

When you hook it up to your computer, it should automatically take you to iTunes. You may need to create an iTunes account if you don't already have one.

My daughter has a touch ipod. when she cuts it on it said to downloads itune. How do i do it. Please help it wont let her put her password word in it to cut it on
