The original poster should feel free to PM me since the Apple VS Android Fanboys are waging ware here lol. I will see what I can do for you. If I can't help you I'll point you in a trusted, tried and true direction. I am self employed and my work name is Quality 1 Tech Services. I do offer mobile device software services.

I don't do Iphone Repairs but if it's software I may be able to help you depending on the issue. I believe it's a problem received with device instability after upgrading to a newer version of iOS for your iPad. Correct me if I am wrong. That is what i read on the front of this.

I use both... For work.. And for personal use... Like most things in life, neither one is all good, nor the other all bad

Being that the company Google was founded in 98 by a couple Stanford students working on their PhD, you are full of $***. I read about Google first in playboy in 98. The article explained how they created a completely new way of searching websites. At the time yahoo and Infoseek were the major search engines.

The most useful and astonishing function any platform can perform is Google Earth. Anything else we done in the 60's with vacum tubes. Notice it doesn't say Apple Earth. I hung out at Googles in the 70's.We drank beer, shot pool and mainly farted. I seen the first packet of data go out.

Unlike someone, I actually have experience with both formats and have spent time researching the features of both. You fail to get that all of those things, not only does iOS do them too, but it did them first. Manufacturers and Developers write apps for iOS first because it is consistent across all the iOS devices. Android causes them problems because each screen size and manufacturer introduces variables. And I still haven't seen android come up with a viable option to AirPlay. Android is for geeks that have to screw with everything and don't care if 20 percent of the time, it crashes and doesn't work

I have a Kindle, and can do everything I want with it. I've never understood why people pay so much for iPads.

I don't even have to plug my android into my pc. I have a 2 laptops a tablet and 2 more phones connected by wifi and a desktop (all windows machines) on the lan with a hardwired printer on the desktop. I can exchange files between any of the computers and my phone or print from it all from wifi. Plus I can see where my girlfriends are anywhere on the planet using Google Earth. Now I bet you guys use Apple Earth cause it's more secure. I paid about the same price to do all that as you did for your iphone and pad.

You aren't getting any tablet for $50 and it work better than an iPad. One could pose a reasonable argument for a Samsung Galaxy tablet, but they aren't much less than an iPad. And with iOS I don't have to worry about viruses or spyware. With android, anyone can post apps for download. Security doesn't exist on the google play store. If I purchase an app through iTunes, Apple processes the purchase. If I buy an app trough Google, the developer of the app processes the purchase. And there are a lot of apps being posted by people in Eastern Europe where 90% of credit card fraud originates. With android, you might as well just create a website and post all of your personal and financial information on it.

I don't know about your laptop, but mine has standard USB ports as well as USB 3 ports. That's all I need to connect my iPhone to my pc.

"I have updated the OS on a $50 Walmart tablet and several android phones without any problem. Try that on your apple."

I haven't had a problem updating a single IOS update yet.

To each their own, but I'd rather skip all of those steps and just buy a product that doesn't have problems out of the box.

Just kidding about step 4.

Step 1. Install a high quality 32 gig micro sd card into your Android device
Step 2. Download Android SDK Tools to your PC and connect your android to pc using its standard micro usb charging cable. (Set USB debugging to on)
Step 3. Set your Android to install apps and files to the ext.SD card by default.
Step 4. Throw your iPhone in the trash can.

I don't have an iPad (yet), but I've got an iPhone and have owned Android phones and 3 different Android tablets. The next tablet that I buy will be an iPad. Although I don't have experience with the iPad, I know that my iPhone is much, much more reliable than my Android products. My Android products came with tons of crap that cannot be removed without rooting the phone, which is an option that I'd prefer not utilize. The iPhone came with less crap and is much more stable. My Android phones basically became obsolete because the mandatory junk that was constantly being added took up most of the space that the phones had and many of the apps did not support microSD. Also, most of the apps are usually slow as **** unless they just constantly crashed. The Android products crashed, had less usable space and were generally crap. I am extremely happy with my iPhone. My Android products, not so much. My decision to buy an iPad in the future will be the result of my experience with my iPhone as well as my experience with my Android products.

thanks for all the chatter on this. to start with, the iPad was a gift so was never a waste of my money.

I knew you were too intelligent to pay for an Apple product.
