Well, unless you are in Wilkes Telephone area. I am not sure of the prices with them, but they might have a cheaper plan. I have Embarq also and I wish it was cheaper too. I have to bare with them since there is no others around, unless I go with Charter.......urrrgh!!!

Try Charter. It might not be cheaper, but I'll guarantee its faster and more reliable for the most part.
