Charter no longer has 3 Meg it is 5 Meg now 10 meg and 20 meg

Both are the same but price differences and reliability of the connection are the 2 main points you want to consider.

3mb service is 3mb service probably only a difference in prices

I would like to know if there is any substantial difference between Charter 3mb Broadband and Embarq 3mb internet service. Thanks.
