or you could hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard and use the scroll wheel on your mouse and it will change the font size on IE pages. Make sure you have a website open like yahoo or msn.

This could be one of 2 things:

1. In Internet Explorer, go to View > Text Size, and select "Medium."

2. If it already is on Medium, then you've probably increased your monitor resolution. In this case, you might want to give it a few days to let your eyes adjust, because you might find that you like it; images are usually sharper at the higher resolutions.

If you really don't like it, then in Windows XP go to Start > Control Panel > Display, then click on the Settings tab (or, go to your Desktop, right-click on an empty area, then go to Properties; either path leads to the same place). You will see a slide bar, and numbers above it like "1024x768." Move the slide bar until those numbers get smaller.

If it currently says 1024x768, you'll probably want to move it to 800x600. Just decrease it by one notch, then click on Apply and OK to accept the settings. If you don't like it, you can always go back and change it to something else.

Hope this helps!

Somehow I have managed to alter (shrink) the font size of everything on all of my internet pages (Internet Explorer). I'm not sure how I did it but all text/icons/pictures on the internet have been reduced to about a 7pt. font. I'm sure this is a stupid question but does anybody know how to change it back to regular size?? Thanks!
