yes i heard it something about a glitch that lets a pop-up or pop -under hijack your browser to an unsecure webpage

Has anyone heard of the new upgrade for Internet Explorer having a bug? I got in on the tail end of the news and heard something about this. I was going to upgrade my IE, but wanted some feedback before I did
