Completely agree with retired vet.
Malwarebytes and TDSSkiller together should take care of any windows registry problems.
Antiviral programs will keep them away afterwords

1. Boot in Safe Mode. (Tap F8 when computer starts booting, select safe mode from startup menu)
2. Try to do a system restore to a date of before you got the virus. You will not lose any data.
3. After doing a system restore, Install one of the anti-virus programs mentioned - your choice. Also download and run malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org) and tdsskiller (google it).

yes that would be a virus in itself. I recommend Free Avast! All the experts around here agree it is the best all around Anti-viral program beats Norton and AVG, I've went through just about all the anti-viral programs through the years and since I've had my current computer Avast! is all I've had installed. No bugs, no viruses no malware. Runs like the day I built it.
Malwarebytes is an ok program to use especially if you have an infectionalready on yuor PC as most anti-viral programs can't reverse the damage.

Is that the same screen that you are looking at? If so that is a virus itself and not legit.

What program told you that you had such programs? I've found that unless you are using a crappy antivirus program most "scan sites" and "scan" programs give completely fictitious results trying to scare you into buying their removal services *cough* mycleanpc.com *cough*
I've even found that some scanning programs like what symantec provides with some of their services doesn't give falsified reports but instead get's personal files or custom .bach and .bat files as viral infections when in fact they are not.
Report back with how you found those results and from there I can usually say if it needs to actually be a concern or not.
