left click on it and make sure lock the taskbar is unchecked.
then right click in the middle of the taskbar and hold it while dragging it where you want it ( then lock the taskbar)
the making each page smaller is probably because .. "cascade windows" is checked
unchecking it should fix the problem

It is usually in the control panel of the start button, then personalization and appearance, then Taskbar and Star menu, but it really depends on the version of windows, on how easy it is to find.

Some of them, you can click on them and drag them back down. I done this before and it took me forever to figure out how to get it back, but finally it just let me click and drag it.
May not work with all windows though.

I HAVE DONE THE SAME CRAP BEFORE. BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW TO FIX IT. IF I HAVE A BRAIN FART AND REMEMBER I WILL LET YOU KNOW.

Ok, the tool bar thing that is usually at the bottom of my screen is on the side now and it is driving me crazy. It is making every page smaller and cutting of part of the page due to it being on the side. I have tried everything and dont know how to get it back to the bottom were it normally is. Thanks for anyone who can tell me how to fix it.
