I have the same problem chatter. I cannot get them moved either.

I have moved and moved and moved. Still there!!!

Move them to the "deleted box". Then move them to the "deleted box" AGAIN.

Poof, gone.

chitchat is not asking out to delete PM's out of the Inbox, but rather out of the Deleted box. I was wondering the same thing too, but havent figured it out yet.

oh...back to the delete research board...

But how do you move items in the deleted box on out of the system? There doesn't seem to be a way to do so.

click on the box beside the PM(s) you wish to delete. At the top look for an arrow pointing down next to In Box. Click on that arrow and highlight deleted at the bottom of the list. Click on Move. Your PM should move into the deleted box.

How do you delete PM's from the deleted box.
